The Lord is on His Throne

The book of Psalms is not a book of poetry, it is a collection of songs. The tunes of these 150 songs have been lost, but God preserved the lyrics for us to read and for every generation to set to their own melodies and rhythms (and to apply them to their own lives).

There is a category of psalms that scholars call the “songs of trust”, 10 God-inspired songs that give us the courage to trust God and fight the good fight, in spite of the circumstances, problems, attacks of the enemy.

This series will look at those Psalms and the first session will focus on Psalm 11. Please find this passage.
