Are All Sins Equal in God's Eyes?

Is it true, that God sees all sin the same? In this session, we will attempt to show you that the answer to that question is a small "yes" and a large "NO". And we will also try to show you why the idea behind the question is a dangerous doctrine.

Jesus is clear that lust is a sin. Lust is not the same sin as actual adultery, but it is a sin. Jesus is teaching that just because you don’t act on something doesn’t mean it’s not a sin, and you are accountable for the wicked thoughts you have. Jesus makes the same point about anger and murder. He corrects the belief that you can be a hateful, dirty-minded person and be right with God. Jesus assures us that those thoughts are sins, too. So, this is the little "yes" to the question.
