Water from the Rock

In this session, we are going to learn about a disqualification involving Moses, the great leader of the Israelites. Nearly 40 years has passed since they escaped slavery in Egypt. Almost all of the old generation has died, and now the next generation finds themselves at Kadesh – the gateway to Canaan.

It’s the same place their parents were when they failed to enter the Promised Land. The new generation is poised and ready to go in. And Moses has been God’s chosen leader all that time, and his brother Aaron has been the high priest of the people. 

Everything in the Christian life is a test of faith in some way. Let's see how Moses reacted to the situation and what caused his disqualification. Please find Numbers 20:1-13.
