There is Life in the Blood

Why do we, as Christian, make such a big deal about the shedding of blood? The Bible tells us in Hebrews 9:22 that without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sins and not way to approach a Holy God. 

As we look at the Book of Leviticus, many of us find it a hard read. We begin to ask ourselves if it is relevant to what we are experiencing today. The truth is that it is very relevant!

It’s very important for us to hear the message of Leviticus, which is...God is holy and we are not. If we are to live in the presence of a Holy God, we must understand the importance of blood in God’s plan.
