Another Helper

Imagine you are walking 2,000 years ago in Galilee and Jerusalem with the Lord Jesus. Imagine how incredible it would be to shake His hand or look into His eyes or watch Him heal a blind man or walk on water. It must have been amazing to walk with Him on this earth.

Now imagine how alarming, saddening and confusing it would be for you to hear Him say that He was going to leave. Just hours later Jesus would be arrested and then crucified. As He speaks His final words to them, He says something even more unexpected when He tells them that it is to their advantage that He goes away.
