This is Our Hope

What happens to Christians when they die? Is physical death the end?

In 1 Corinthians 15:12-19, Paul tells us that if Christ rose from the dead, we will rise, too. That is our hope. In fact, the way Paul teaches it, the resurrection of Jesus Christ is not just an add-on to our Gospel, it is the hope of our Gospel. Without Christ's resurrection everything else falls apart.

Let's consider our lives if Christ did not rise from the dead. Then we will focus on the amazing truth that He did indeed rise and the fact that there are promises and power available to us through Him.
