How to keep going with a broken heart

Life can be difficult at times. It’s hard to keep going when we are struggling and do not see a clear path before us. But that is when we need to trust God the most! He is always with us, even through the hardest of times.

David wrote the passage we will be studying in this session at a point in his life where every dream he had seemed broken. David went from being a hero in the eyes of his people to being deserted by even his friends. His heart was broken!

Let’s look at Psalm 34 and then focus on Verse 18 in particular.
